1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FarmTrust.net (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services

FarmTrust.net provides loan advisory services to small businesses and agricultural enterprises. We guide you through application, documentation, and closing processes to secure financing. We will review your application, financial documents and insure that the informaton presented accurately reflects your loan eligibility and financial condition. Farmtrust.net is a brand site affiliated with it's parent company VS Accountants, Auditors & Tax Advisors, a CPA Firm registered with the State of Georgia.  Our service in conjunction with your loan application serves to provide the proper documentation necessary for lending officers and institutions to evaluate your loan application.  As financial advisors we routinely work with lenders to provide you with technical advantages regarding the preparation of supporting documentation that is routinely requested.  You may be loan eligible, but what lenders require are loan ready applicants; and that is what we do for you.    

3. Fees and Payment

• Intake fee: $129 (due upon form submission, non-refundable).
• Success fee: 1% of final loan amount (due upon loan funding).

4. User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that all information, you provide, to the best of your knowledge, is accurate, complete, and correct. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials you own or have. As a CPA firm assisting in the preparation of your loan application, we maintain the highest standard of ethics and professional responsibility.  Any actions by you that indicate irregularities or fraudulent presentation of financial informaton in connection with your loan application will terminate our engagement and, to the extent permitted by law, require us to notify any party who has received those documents.  Futhermore, if we become aware that any information we have provided is incorrect, we will promptly inform those parties.   

5. Privacy

Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FarmTrust.net and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
